The most frequent response is that a great teacher develops relationships with students. ...  Patient, caring, kind.  Knowledge of learners.  Dedication to teaching.  Subject matter knowledge.etc He also take a capacity building programme on leadership skills.Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization.

 Today we celebrate holi in our college. Everybody was very happy.one of the best holi celebration ever😍 Holi is a Hindu festival that has been celebrated since ancient times. The Holi Festival is celebrated as a way to welcome in spring, and also is seen as a new beginning where people can release all their inhibitions and start fresh.

Today was water day.Shinas sir was the chief guest.As a part of the celebration a quiz competition were conducted in the college.Anju. L and Parvathy.S.Murali from physical science were the winners. The World Water Day celebrates water and raises awareness of the global water crisis, and a core focus of the observance is to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: water and sanitation for all by 2030.

 As part of English Association celebration, english department conducted various programmes..I was a participant in semi finale of Fun charades.

 Microteaching is a teacher training technique for learning teaching skills. It employs real teaching situation for developing skills and helps to get deeper knowledge regarding the art of teaching. I have done my microteaching on physics topic sound with duration 6:23 seconds . I focussed on the skill of reinforcement.

 Today was women's day.We conducted a number of programs to ensure the importance of women.Physical science students present skit and contemporary dance performances as part of women's safety awareness.

 Capacity building methods that are participatory and develops a culture of shared learning. Use of technology to attain scale and provide individual attention to teacher needs. Needs Analyses essentially are methods that identify and determine the type of capacity that needs to be built in teachers. We KPM inducted a capacity building activity on women and development successfully.
