      I have prepared a digital textbook on PERIODIC TABLE. A digital textbook is a digital book or e-book intended to serve as the text for a class.  Digital textbooks may also be known as e-textbooks or e-texts.          We celebrated onam in our college today. It was a Wonderful celebration. Many programs such as onapattu,thiruvathira,vadamvali,kaserakali, lemon race etc  where conducted by the students of our college. I got first prize in lemon racee and second price in kasarakali.Onam is a harvest festival celebrated in Kerala. It also marks the return of King Mahabali/Maveli in Kerala, as the demon king once ruled the state. The festival of Onam is celebrated throughout the state of Kerala. Kerala during Onam is marked by happiness, excitement and enjoyment among all sections of people. Onam is celebrated as an outcome of reasons that have to do with mythology as well as old agrarian practices. If one is to go by the myth, then King Mahabali or Maveli was a generous and virtuous ruler, who had once ruled Kerala.         I have prepared a concept map on surface chemistry in mimind .A concept map is a diagram that depicts information, ideas, and concepts in a graphical format. Concept maps are high for structuring and organizing information because in concept mapping, the information is displayed hierarchically, and the relationships that exist between concepts that are traced and depicted using lines or arrows. This concept map give an overview of the chapter co-ordination chemistry.

         A concept map is a way to visually display the relationships between different concepts, ideas, and pieces of information. Concept maps are hierarchical, with one main idea or focus question and several sub-topics, key concepts, and related ideas. Concept mapping refers to a visual representation of key ideas or thoughts in a graphic or pictorial form. Concept mapping allows the learner to identify relationships between seemingly isolated concepts while developing a cohesive knowledge structure.I prepared a concept map on mechanical properties of solids. I did it in mimind application.

  After completing 31 days of  school teaching practice,we all were back to college . We submitted our completed works before concerned teachers and principal.

        This week was the last week of our Teaching practice. Also there comes the onam exams for students from August 24.Before exam I just completed all the chapters needed for exam.From 24th we have exam duties in school. We just reached the school early in the morning for the exam duties. All the three days of exams we did our duties at best.

          Throughout this week the school association conduct independence day programmes. The students were classified into 3 houses. Namely Gandhi House, Subhash House, Nehru House. The programmes were conducted by each house very well. Also there is a competition between the house and finally the Nehru House win the overall championship ship.        Our physical science teacher came in this weak for class observation.Also in this week I done the Achievement test in 8C on the chapter Force.

      In this week I complete the 2nd chapter of 8th standard that is basis constituents of matter and done the diagnostic test in the class. All the students attend the test. I just provide printed question papers to the students.Also this week is much good because i can take more lessons throughout the week.

 There were only 2 days of class this week due to rain.I only took a few lessons this week. Children were few in number.Due to rain in the afternoon, many classes could not be taken.
